It was only 10 o'clock in the morning, but by now, the whole town probably knew what was happening. Everyone's phone continues to buzz. People were no longer interested in lectures for the day; instead, all their attention was on their phones, despite knowing it was a 'crime' to use phones on school premises. No one cared at this point. And if the teachers decided to punish defaulters, the whole school was guilty at this rate.
"WHY CAN'T YOU LET ME IN?" Liam barked at the school nurse who blocked his way. He could just shove her a little and go in. She looked tiny, even though she was a lot older. But he knew that wouldn't solve the problem.
"Seriously? You want me to let you go in? YOU?" He frowned at her.
"Oliver is my friend. You cannot stop me from seeing my friend."
