บท 197: Pretend

"Say that again?" Lu Ping wiped the table with a towel she found on the side.

"Umm–you and Master Shi Jin." Xiong Chen's voice was low.

"What about it?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Umm–" Xiong Chen realized what a fool he was for saying something in the first place. Now he could not retract his words. "I thought you were in some sort of relationship–romantic kind."

Lu Ping's head fell back and  a second later all they could hear was her laughter.

The three men looked at her with complicated feelings.

"What an incredible imagination you have!" She even slapped her thigh several times. Tears were escaping her eyes.

"Was I wrong?" Xiong Chen gulped.

"What do you think?" She snorted. "Of course we don't have that kind of relationship. Hahaha.."

Xiong Chen paled.

"Uh—I—ah—" It's quite rare to see Xiong Chen flustered. "I apologize for misunderstanding..Errrr—please don't tell the Master about what I said. Please–"
