My arms were folded across my chest as I tried to process everything Noah and Cameron were telling me, "and for how long exactly is he going to be there for?"

They looked at each other with nervous expressions before Cameron answered, "till he feels like he is in the right head space."

I plastered on a fake grin as I tried desperately hard to keep my cool, "so you are telling me for the past two days when I thought he was at work just ignoring my texts you knew the whole time he was gone?"

"Yes," Noah shrugged and scrunched his face up probably understanding how dumb the whole situation sounded. 

"Ah," I nodded, "okay, well I guess I'll find him myself."
