บท 98: Pitiful Ning Wei!

In one of the biggest malls in Star City, a small dome of about a 2-metre radius was shining brightly.

If someone were to see it from afar they would think of it as a small star since it was bright enough to give light to almost one-fourth of the whole Star City.

There were still many people in the mall, but they seemed to have been frozen since none of them moved even a bit.

Many thin strands of Silver White Light were coming out of the dome and entered the heads of the people through the centre of their eyebrows.

In any person the light strand passed, that person would shiver a little and then his or her eyes would close as if they were falling in deep a sleep.

Since the mall was locked there was no one who entered in.
