บท 3: 3. Thief of Hearts
Padmasari, who was used to seeing her husband's rude attitude, could only sob at Kusuma's shouts and witness the pieces of expensive objects that she had always wanted to have. So far, Kusuma has always used luxury items but he has never given his wife the same rights.

It wasn't her room she was going to, but Andika's room which was next to the main room. All the servants who witnessed Mr. Kusuma's cruelty could only remain silent while harboring pity for the master's wife without being able to do anything.

Andika who was in Minah's arms screamed for Padmasari. He tried to break away from Minah, but Minah forbade him. She looked at him for a moment.
"Let's go to Uncle Amurwa. Who knows now it's Uncle's turn to train Jeremy and Cintya in the field. Later, You can join him on a ride"
"I want it with Mommy."
Minah covered her lips with her index finger to make Andika understand why she did that.
"Don't come near Mommy because Papi is angry. Later, Young Master can also be scolded by Papi."
Andika nodded. actually he wanted to save his mother from his father's wrath but he justified Minah's words. Several times he had tried to approach his mother while being scolded by his father, but he always got the same torment as what his mother received.

"Uncle, when can I call you Papi?"

"When can I call you Papi?"
"When? I don't know. I am afraid that your Papa will be angry. Actually, I didn't mind being called anything but that, I was afraid that Papi would be angry.'
"So what happens when Papi is angry?"
" Of course, Ha ha ha, I would be kicked out."
Amurwa easily answered Andika's question. This self-indulgent answer silences Andika. He had heard everything from Minah about the expulsion that would be carried out by his father if he called Amurwa the same name as his father.
"I don't want you to be expelled. Let me just call Uncle."

"When will you teach me archery again? I can't wait to shoot Papi."

Amurwa who was contemplating became surprised when Andika called her so she forgot that she was on Jeremy's back. He pulled the reins of his horse so that the startled Jeremy ran even faster. Amurwa was taken aback by the act of putting his Young Master's life in danger.

Andika tightened her grip on the saddle. Amurwa put one arm around Andika's stomach while the other hand remained on the horse's reins.
