So I changed a few things.

'…. …. ….' — Thoughts/Inner Dialog (Now when the system speaks it will appear instead of []. Just a minor change, but also I gave the system a bit of personality.)

Also, again I changed the system a bit. Gave it a personality. Not the whole story, it's the same. But if you want, you can re read it.

"I didn't get your name…"
"Blaze." Toya said. "Call me Blaze."
"Sounds like a made-up name, but I am not the one to judge." As she lazily walked to her seat. She opened her laptop, bringing up the list of items she had available. "Do want to check the list? Or do you have anything specific in mind?"
"A prowler-drive." Toya said.
Killjoy looked up at him, raising an eyebrow. "You know that what it costs right?"
Toya nodded. Prowler-drive was a fancy name for a small pen-drive that could scan and copy all the info on a server in less then a minute. It was very powerful tool. It was a actually a quirk-based hijacking tool. Based on Killjoy's quirk herself.
And it also costs a fortune. But the underground clubs exchanged favors for this special drive along with a small amount of money. Meaning they could call on his favor anytime. With this 'Blaze' persona he wasn't worried, but his 'Dabi' persona would of course be held responsible.
It was a bit risky, but the system said not to worry about it. Cause by the time they connect it to him. Toya would have already have his hero license.
He knew about the thing, but he didn't know this would be useful until the system recommended it as he was short on money. The system knew a lot of thing about him, which honestly crept him out a bit. Well, it knew a lot about everything.
He shook his head, now wasn't the time to worry about that. Toya went through the procedure of giving his fingerprint scan. And other details. He wasn't worried about it, other than his DNA almost everything (fingerprint, retina) were changed due to the effects of the system. As he was going through the process, Killjoy spoke again.
"But you are also new. How can I be sure that you won't bail on us." Killjoy asked, as she looked at him.
"Dabi said you owned him a favor."
She raised an eyebrow, before narrowing, "You sure know a lot about Dabi, huh. Oh well, if anything happens, we will just bash him with the account. Your ID please."
Killjoy took the info in, running it on his database. But when no results came out, she whistled. "Your better then Dabi. No records, you are either new or too good to catch. You could be sent by Dabi to act a carrier, but I honestly don't care." She said smiling at him, one that made Toya very uncomfortable. "Hmm… you also look better than him. Hey if you're free…"
"The drive…" Toya cut her off, and he was sure that he was better looking now that his scars weren't there. Wait, was he comparing himself to him. This day gets weirder and weirder.
The lady in question huffed, saying something about Jerks and what not. Before handing him the small blue drive. But before he could grab it she held it back. "Remember to hide the signature." She warned.
He would have done that even if she didn't ask. He didn't want to complicate her life anymore.
Toya nodded taking the drive from her hand. Before handing her a bundle of cash. She took it in without counting.

'System I only heard rumors that this thing can crack anything. But can it crack the Association's servers? I mean they are keeping tons of classified data there.' Toya said a bit skeptical. He wasn't doubting Killjoy's tech or anything. But it was better to ask.
'Believe it or not the Hero Commission severs have only basic security and stuff. The main problem is actually with the encryption.' The system said. 'The device can hack into the servers, and gather info. It should take a minute or so. And like I said earlier you don't have to worry about the encryption. That's not part of your trail.'
Toya had a hunch that the system wasn't telling him something...
"Something else you need. It's on the house." Killjoy asked, making Toya bring back to reality.
Toya looked at the cable and utility section. There were few things that he could use. And he had the appraisal skill, so why not.

It took four hours straight to get to Tokyo. It was a good thing that on the way, he found some small-time criminals near the underground club and liberated some cash from them. He was really low on money and with the liberated money, he could buy plane tickets and go much faster than the estimated time.
'See, I told you taking blood money for bloody punks ain't that bad.' The system said in an amused tone.
'Yeah, yeah.' Dabi rolled his eyes. But thanks to the early journey he could plan ahead.
Now, he was inside his hotel room. Normally he wouldn't be able to pay for this hotel, but he wasn't intending to anyway, not now at least. He moved the curtains away from the window, putting his binoculars on his eyes.
He zoomed into the large building, onto the middle floor. The headquarter of the Association was a building with 50 floors, and in the 25th floor was his data servers, and one of them held the classified info. His target.
