บท 93: Part 10 - Who ordered sushi? 15/??

Nami was trying to persuade her sister to have a beer with her, the guys were laughing about the religion they had invented, and the residents of Kokoyashi Village felt as if the world had gone mad while they were cut off from it. However, before anyone had a chance to think, "Maybe we should all go home before it's too late?", Arlong made his presence known. Despite Yosaku's hit, the blue-skinned fish-man looked as if he had never been hit at all. Although Yosaku was sure he felt Arlong's teeth breaking from his blow, the shark-like smile —literally!— was completely intact. In fact, Arlong didn't even seem particularly angry, more like slightly annoyed. This annoyance turned into anger when he first saw the pile of unconscious bodies of his men and then the dead subordinate. The fish-man Johnny had killed lay on his back, so anyone could easily see the real hole in his chest, now filled with congealing blood.

"How… how dare you do this to my kin?!!" Arlong roared, kneeling beside the body and grabbing it, glaring at Johnny and Yosaku with bloodshot eyes.

"Johnny, how could you?" Nami shook her head disapprovingly, looking at the back of the mentioned guy. "I told you not to hurry too much, and you've already killed half his men."

"Hey, you said that only after we did it!" Johnny protested justly.

"You could have figured it out yourselves!"

"Nami… what does this mean?" Before Johnny could reply, Arlong's red eyes shifted from the guys to the girl sitting behind them. "Have you decided to betray me?"

"You first sent your goons to steal all my money, and now you dare to accuse me of betrayal?" Nami replied scornfully. "By the way, just for your information, no one stole my money, and the guards you bought are either dead or in the process of dying."

"You know, there's something thrilling about this," Johnny whispered to his friend.

" What do you mean?"

"I mean, Nami behaves like Luffy… she'd probably be suited for the role of "Mistress.""

"…Let me pretend I didn't hear that, and in return, at the first opportunity, we're going to a brothel."

"Oh, come on! Don't try to convince me that an authoritative Nami doesn't turn you on; I won't believe it anyway!"

"We're definitely going to a brothel! "Yosaku said, almost fearfully. "Unless you decide to do something so reckless that, at best, you'll end up without a dick, and at worst, without a head. I want to remind you that between the two of us, I'm the only one who can grow back lost body parts."

"Boys, if you're done discussing me, Arlong is waiting for you, "Nami politely reminded them not only of her presence but also of everyone else. "And, Ryuu, you won't have enough money to even just flirt with me, let alone have a full-fledged relationship."

"Who said I was planning to flirt with you, or even date you?! "Johnny hastened to deny such accusations. "I just told the truth! Besides, date you? Do I look like a madman? " Considering that his white kimono with torn sleeves was almost entirely stained with dried blood, he looked quite the psycho. "It's not only complete poverty but also certain death!"

"Ho-ho… you mean I'm not worth your money and such a risk?"

Johnny silently stared at the angelic expression on the girl's face for several long seconds, then abruptly turned to Arlong and his men:

"Arlong, let's fight!" the guy said, exaggeratedly cheerfully, hitting his open palm with his fist several times.

Yosaku couldn't help but admire his old friend — he chose an excellent way to change the dangerous subject of conversation.

"Are you challenging me?" Arlong straightened up to his full height, releasing the dead body back onto the concrete.

"Arlong-san, wait, you don't need to trouble yourself with killing these insolent ones," stepped forward a fish-man dressed in a dark gray sleeveless kimono. His hair was gathered in two small standing tails on top of his head, and one long braid on the back of his head, with large fins extending from his elbows. Neither Johnny nor Yosaku knew much about fish, but judging by the fins on his elbows, he was another representative of the shark family. "Three of us will be more than enough for them to fully realize, before they die, whom they dared to lay a hand on. Then we'll deal with Nami and the villagers," the merman's gaze shifted first to the girl and then to the gate, where the aforementioned villagers were gathered.

"Nyu! Kurobi is right, Arlong-san! We'll show them, nyu!" stepped forward a pink-skinned, six-armed octopus-fish-man dressed in a shirt with alternating dark brown and yellow stripes and matching shorts. His gray hair was gathered into five protruding spikes.

"Chu! That's right. They don't stand a chance against us, chu!" with the most arrogant air, folded his arms across his chest the third merman. He wore a dark blue sleeveless shirt with thin black stripes, black shorts, and sandals. Blond hair, a broad forehead, and puffed-up lips… I mean, very puffed-up lips — his lips were stretched out about fifteen centimeters, if not all twenty. And while the first fish-man resembled some kind of shark, and the second was a full-on octopus — six arms and a bunch of suckers on those arms spoke for themselves — Johnny and Yosaku had no idea what specific type the "long-lipped" belonged to.

Also, all three… well, actually, all fishmen had at least one tattoo of Arlong's flag. However, several had not just a tattoo but an actual brand in the shape of a red sun. For example, the octopus had this brand right in the middle of his forehead.

" Kurobi, Hachi, Chu," Arlong turned to the three who stepped forward.

"Arlong, better sit down and rest, we'll handle everything ourselves," suggested Kurobi, who looked like 'a fishman of some kind of shark variety,' pointing with his thumb at several empty lounge chairs. "Don't worry, it won't take long."

"Nyu! We won't even have to do anything ourselves; Momo will do it all for us!" Hachi, the octopus-merman, chuckled.

"Chu! That's right!" added Chu, the 'long-lipped.'

"I suggest we kill the Octopus and the Long-Lip first," Johnny shared his thoughts after all he had seen and heard. "They annoy me just by their appearance."
