บท 127: Say Cheese

They continued wandering around for a few hours, strategically using fast passes and a parade to go on a handful of rides Penelope said were musts. She did end up telling Roman all the facts her mother said the Indiana Jones movies got wrong while they were in line for that one. 

She was surprised that she was actually enjoying herself despite who she was with. It had been awkward at first but became less so as the day went on because she was having a good time going on the rides. 

His faces in the ride photos were always priceless too and laughing so much helped her unease dissipate. It didn't change the fact that spending time with Roman but not the one she knew and loved was weird and made her chest feel oddly tight. 

Penelope forced herself to suck it up and act normally because it wasn't like she would get another chance to go to Disneyland any time soon. She had to take advantage of it while she could.
