บท 32: "First Day At Friends House"
Paulo sitting at the couch in Fabio's house. He was thinking about how his own father just thrown him out of the house and how his childhood friend just betrayed him for his mistake. Fabio came to him with a glass of water and asked him to drink as he might be feeling thirsty , Paulo agrees to him and take a sip of water from the glass and put it on the table. Fabio later ask him whether he had eaten something or not ? Paulo replied him by saying.
"No my friend ! not really." Fabian insists him to eat something as he will bring some food for him but Paulo tells him.
"No ! Fabio let it be, actually I am not starving right now." Fabio understands his reason of not eating then he said.
"Amigo ! I know that today might be the most worse day of your life and I totally understand that in such moment the person would not just eat but think to commit sucide but that is not solution of the problem amigo. Might be it is the beginning of a struggle of your footballing career." Paulo was bit confused he asked.
"Struggle ? What kind of struggle ?" Fabio replied.
"The struggle of achieving your dream, the struggle of becoming the best, the struggle of doing something extra ordinary that nobody could do." Paulo just laughs and said.
"No ! there is nothing extra ordinary in me that I could do something unimaginable." Fabio however tried to make him believe in himself that he is special.
"Man at the beginning everyone feels that they aren't capable of doing something that is more than just special and that is the reason why most people fail to achieve those things, but you ! YOU amigo ! you are not like others believe me, you will be next big thing, your parents are just making a huge mistake." Paulo listening his motivating words thought that Fabio has drank a lot of beer that is why he is high right now. He said.
"Amigo I think you drank a lot, You are high now." Fabio just rebuked to him in a humorous manner and said.
"What ? Amigo you think that I am high right now and what I am saying right now is just because you think that I am not having a control on my mind ?" Paulo also replied to him in a humorous manner.
"Yes ! That's the reason." Fabio clarifies to him that.
"Let me you something. Yes I drink beer but it doesn't mean that I just lost my mind after it. I am drinking that thing since when arrived in italy and I had adapt to its side affects and yeah most importantly I don't like an old alcoholic uncle, who are always sobber like you thinking right now I drink in very limited manner." Paulo laughs at him and said.
"Don't worry amigo, I was just pulling your leg that's it !" Fabio replied.
"Hey amigo don't pull my leg please." Paulo asked him the reason.
"Because if you pulled off from my body then how could I play football then." Both just laugh hard on that and Fabio then went into the kitchen bring something for him to eat. Paulo after having his meal goes to sleep. He sleeps in Fabio's bedroom sharing the bed with him.
Fabio after some time slept but Paulo was still awake as he was still sad about what happened yesterday. Later he steps out the bed and goes to the window and see the moon. While seeing the moon he had some tears in his eyes but he just wiped them off his and then he goes back to the bed and he finally get sleep.
Next day in the morning Fabio wake Paulo up. After waking him up from his sleep he then asked him to accompany him to jogging and Paulo agreed. Both of them head out for jogging, both had some moments of fun together as well while doing jogging. After completing their jogging came back to house. Fabio and Paulo both were tired and Fabio also came to know that he didn't even decided what to make in breakfast.
"Oh... god ! I have completely forgotten about the breakfast, I really can't decide what to make at this moment and I never bathed at all and I have to go to the training ground as well." Paulo calms him down and said.
"Don't worry amigo ! You just go and take a bath, I will prepare the breakfast for both of us." Fabio was a bit surprised by his words and asked.
"What ? You will cook the breakfast ?" Paulo replied him by answering yes to him. Fabio can't believe it and said.
"You know how to cook ?" Paulo said Yes to him but Fabio said.
"Man please if you don't cook know how to cook then please don't do it for a formality as because you are living in my house. I can bring something from outside." Paulo ensure him and ask him to go and take a bath while he will prepare breakfast for both of them. Fabio finally agreed to him went to take a bath while Paulo goes to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.
Paulo opens up the drawer to find out something that can be cooked. There was nothing much in there just some spices, black pepper, salt and some packaged strawberries. He goes to the fridge to see, he get some eggs in their and one good round loaf italian bread, some vegetables and parmesan cheese. Paulo put all the stuff on to the table and start thinking about what he could make with these food items.
Instantly he got an idea and then started to make the dish for breakfast. He standing next to the oven, he stuffed the bread with eggs and parmesan with some vegetables in it. It was 'Pani di Pasqua' the special Italian Easter bread. He puts it into the oven and let it bake on a moderate heat. While the dish was in the oven he then take the strawberries and make the strawberry custurd.
Fabio after taking his bath came out of the bathroom wearing a bathrobe and goes to the wardrobe. From the wardrobe, he take out the training kit as he has to go for his football training. Paulo recently finished with his strawberry custurd and the 'Pani di Pasqua' Italian Easter bread is also baked and now it is ready to serve. Fabio came to the kitchen to look whether Paulo has cooked something for breakfast or not. When he came to the kitchen he saw that Paulo is getting the breakfast that he made in to the table and Fabio with the smell of the food was very much mesmerizing for him. He wastes no time and sit at the dining table, he then asked him.
"What did you made for the breakfast ? It smell really good." Paulo answered him.
"It's 'Pani di Pasqua' with strawberry custard, can you taste it and tell how it is ?" Fabio takes a bite of it and he was completely lost because of its taste. Fabio then he compliments him for his cooking skills.
"Damn ! Now I understand why your father want you to be the chef in their hotel." Paulo asked him why, he said.
"Because you cook so good, I mean this is so delicious, I love just love and this strawberry custard has now made different place in my heart." Paulo said.
"Ohh ! Thank amigo I am glad you liked it. By the way I learned this my dad, during my childhood when I was working in my father's restaurant I saw him making this recipe many times that's why I is made so great." Fabio later ask him to sit and eat as well Paulo resists at first but Fabio forced him to sit and then he feeds him a bite of 'Pani di Pasqua' and Paulo also like it and both enjoy breakfast together.
