Darce watched the letter again and carefully checked its details.

“Is there anything to use as a loophole?” Rosa asked as she erased her wetness for the second time.

“Call Commander Eisen. He needs to see this. The ghosts are accused of being an unlawful, illegal group.” Darce folded the letter and handed it back to Houman.

“Keep this on my table.”

“Isn't that what they were in the very first place? They were not illegal, for the ghosts never engaged in any political group.” Rosa inclined her head.

She wanted to see the letter. Her hand stretched out to receive it. Her eyes scanned through the letter as she went dark with the words. “It is interesting to receive just this letter. I thought my brother would send someone or another letter addressed to me at least.”

“Your brother is an Emperor first, so it is natural for him to address the formal issues first.” Darce took the blades from Rosa’s hand and put them away.
