Blood dripped on the purple carpet as the hooded figure walked in. The leather boots were silent on the soft carpet. Houman watched as the figure approached. “This time, I can’t clean it; I have to replace the carpet.” Houman bites the bottom of his lips.

“Everything is as ordered.” He made a slight bow.

“You worked hard. I am sorry for the carpet, though.” The reply was raspy.

“Forgive me for saying this, but I believe Your Highness needs to rest more.” Houman had a worry etched on his face.

“I promise I will rest after everything is over. We have to take care of things before it is too late.” Rosa’s eye glinted from the hood.

Her face was covered with a new mask.

“Is this necessary? Your Highness? It might make some people faint in there.” Houman sighed as he registered that his words will not work on her head now.

“That is exactly what I want now. Open the door.” Rosa chuckled.
