Just then, the group was interrupted by the sound of sudden chattering. It was coming from the forest path. There were only two places. One was the training arena for the knights, accessed from the right side path, but the sound was coming from the left side.

Darce frowned as he concentrated in that direction. “Houman, did Sir Svero go for training in the private one?”

“Yes, Sir Svero and Sir Eisen went for the private arena. They went at dawn.” He replied.

“And is there any chance the Queen joined her master?” Darce asked, his voice was heavy.

“Forgive me, Your Highness, I was not informed.” Houman sighed as he replied.

“It is understandable; if the Queen wishes to have alone time, she makes sure there is no one following her,” Darce spoke as he saw the cadets coming out of the dark area to the light.
