The Queen and the princess entered the hall for the women, and Rosa followed them. The people in the large room watched the three women enter the room. Rosa kept a distance between them, just like Lais. She took a seat at the back behind a few women.
The funeral consisted of prayers for the dead, and the people mentioned the son and his achievements. There were praises of him giving his life to defend the kingdom till death. The event ended quickly, with the minister asking his guests to have some refreshments before leaving.
They exited the hall after the end prayer. The Queen was the first to stand and come out to talk to the minister's wife. Rosa watched the faces of the family; she felt something missing in the faces of these unknown people while her eyes still searched for Yavaz.
