บท 168: Ch–49 An Attempt Pt -1

This time Rosa was taken to a different cell than the one she stayed in. The place was similar to go to but it was darker without any ventilation. The floor was very cold and mossy. She could feel the damp air in her nostrils it felt really heavy.

She only watched the two guards on her side, half dragged her to a smaller empty cell and locked her wrists on the chains. Both her hands were stretched on either side. The cuffs were locked tight. Her legs almost dangled on the floor. They did not lock her legs but there were locks close to her feet.

“You think you are too smart for all this.” One of the guards pulled her hair roughly.

He was the same one who whipped the old man. Rosa wanted to retort back but she decided to stay quiet for now.

“How dare you show those eyes to me.” He pushed her back to the damp wall and pulled out the whip.
