บท 145: 145. Low Rejection

"Never say that word again!" Rissa snapped. "I think we have already discussed that."

"I think you understand why I do not like it when you get back together with Charlos. But… but why do you want to marry him now? Have you gone mad?"

"I am not crazy! And look, it is none of your business."

"I think that I s my business too," Nicholas argued.

"You have no right to stop me."

Good. Charlos really supports Rissa in fighting her step-brother.

Charlos peeked a little. Nicholas approached her, put his hand on Rissa's shoulder, looked down, and locked Rissa with a hurt look. Charlos didn't like it at all. Their faces were too close.

"You know exactly how I feel for you. I really can not accept that there is another man you love more than me."

What is this? Nicholas was an overconfident man. There is no man that Rissa loves more than Charlos.
