A man had arrived.
He was supposed to be here tomorrow. So, we were really surprised.
"Father," I spoke half-heartedly.
Mom stood up. "Your sense of direction has improved it would seem."
Apparently, the guy was kind of hopeless when it came to finding places.
He chuckled. "I kind of got lost about a dozen times. Hard to imagine I used to roam this place all the time. Things have changed." He was covered in snow, meaning he'd come through the snowy lands and he was breathing rather hard too.
He must have been really eager to get here.
"Yeah, hard to imagine." Mom rolled her eyes. "Well, we're almost done but, take a seat." And yet, she had a genuine smile. It's been a long time since I last saw her smile like this.
The bunny maid brought another seat.
Father took his seat. "Hello Helio, Elsa, Marg." He kind of paused. "And who might you two be?"
