Two days had passed since Devon and Lewis agreed to try if things would work out on them. Their first kiss was... alright. It wasn't passionate, but rather it was plain. But neither of them pointed that out as they held each other that night.
Honestly, their relationship remained the same. Well, not that they expected they will just magically fall in love with each other. But at least, the thought of being a real husband and wife was already instilled in their heart.
"You will not work today?" asked Devon, gazing at Lewis, who just came to join her for breakfast. He sat on the chair beside her, shrugging.
"How can I do that when you are visiting your family home today?" he raised his brows, cocking his head to the side. "Knowing you, you will probably have a heart attack even before you murder them in that state. Are you nervous?"
