บท 23: Chapter-23: Meeting Village elders, training and Fuinjutsu!
(MC POV)
After waking up, I was in a real good mood.
It was a good day for me.
I was going to be a Hokage and make this village into my personal plaything.
After waking up, I checked my memories and it seems like today is the funeral of 3rd Hokage. Well I need to attend it, I guess.
I quickly wore a black set of clothing and went to attend his funeral.
After attending the funeral, 2 council advisers came to me.
"Hello, Elite jonin Uchiha Kazuya. We were looking for you." Homura said.
"Greetings, village elder. How can I help you?" I asked.
I still need to act a little more. These thorns will die away later.
"I will not take up too much of your time. As you heard yesterday, Sandaime announced you as a Hokage candidate which was heard by the ANBU black ops members. I suppose you know what follows." Koharu said.
"So should I be the Hokage or the sannin are going to become the Hokage?" I asked.
"In normal situations, the Sannin would handle this but after Sandaime announced you as the next Hokage while in battlefield, It was decided that you will be the Hokage. However, you need to prove your skills in Leadership as well as strength for it. We cannot allow someone like you without proper acknowledgment. Personally I would recommend Danzo-" Homura said but Koharu cut him off.
"He is dead." Koharu said.
"Correct. It seems that Orochimaru had something against him and it also spelled his demise. Two of Kage level shinobi are now dead we are severely weakened." Homura said.
"Hmm...Then I guess I will become Hokage. As far as proving my leadership skills go, you can see the success of Uchiha hub and my status in entirety of Konoha. As far as strength is concerned, my status of Elite Jonin speaks for itself but I suppose I will be willing to fight against someone to prove myself." I responded.
"That is true. We deemed that you do not need to fight though. Your record as a ninja was enough to convince Daimyo-sama." Koharu said.
"Then let's prepare for the inauguration-" I said but I was cut off by someone.
"Don't rush in like that Koharu and Homura sensei." A white haired man said.
It was Jiraiya.
"And why are you interfering? You clearly said yesterday that you aren't interested in becoming the Hokage. I don't think you should interfere now." Homura said.
"I did say that I am not interested but I know someone just right for the job. Tsunade." Jiraiya said.
"I doubt that would work." I said.
"And why wouldn't it work out?" Jiraiya asked suspiciously.
"How do you exactly plan to bring her back? Even if you can bring her back, I cannot imagine her more than a village medic head or another elder. If she did possess whatever was needed, then Sarutobi-sensei wouldn't be training me or he would've announced to seek her instead. The Sannin team disappointed Sarutobi-sensei so hard that now he cannot spending time with his grandchildren but needs to toil for eternity in reaper's stomach fighting endlessly. He didn't deserve this much disappointment." I said.
All the words were totally accurate and lies were mixed in a lot.
I won't allow you to f*ck up my plans, Jiraiya. I foresaw this situation and prepared for it.
There was total silence for a few minutes.
"I want to believe...I want to believe that she deserves to receive one more chance at redemption. One more chance to correct her mistakes." he said.
This dude tryna Talk-no-jutsu us three?
Too bad, I am immune to it.
"If village could be run on pity and chances then Hokages would be made like cabbages. She isn't the only one who lost everything. Kakashi, Me and countless people have lost our loved ones but we still persevered somehow. She broke under this pressure. She lost the 'chance' that you speak of so passionately, the moment she pulled out of the shinobi force and became a retired drunkard who merely escapes from life. I advise you that you shouldn't suggest such senseless arguments. Mocking entire village's resolve to continue even under such arduous condition is simply blasphemy. It will only give you a shortcut to pure lands. " I said in a cold and harsh tone.
He couldn't retort after that.
He had no words.
"I suppose that your silence is an acceptable answer." I said.
"We should begin the inauguration ceremony as fast as possible. The village might be destroyed at this rate if the current situation is found out by other nations."
"Then it will be held 3 days later. Congratulations on becoming the Hokage, Godaime-dono." Homura said with a smile.
"I will now go to the training. I'd like to assemble with my team. It's almost time now." I said.
I really wanted to laugh at them.
My plans are now set in motion.
I went towards the training ground 33 now.
"Yo-" I said but I was startled by Naruto.
I saw that Kakashi was sitting there along with team-7. It seems they all are alright. Naruot had some bruises on his face though.
What startled was Naruto..
Naruto was trying to...sh*t himself..?
"Naruto what are you doing?" I asked.
"Ahh Kazuya-sensei! I am trying to learn chidori!" He said with a goofy smile.
I just facepalmed.
"Seriously? You have a lot chakra, Naruto. In order to succeed, you need better control than Sasuke and I doubt you possess it. I suggest you to something else. The ones that focus on chakra quantity than shape rather than the element. You don't have lightning affinity." I said.
"But there isn't any good techniques for me to learn! My only offensive technique is Wind style: Breakthrough! " He said.
"Who said that? I have a few techniques" I asked.
"There is something on par with chidori or more?!" He asked.
"Hmm...I know a technique that will be perfect for you. one was 3rd Hokage imparted to me. It will be perfect to you, though you would need a lot of practice to learn it." I said.
"Thank you sensei...Eh? Why would 3rd Hokage teach you? You didn't have any sensei before did you?" He asked.
"Because yesterday in fighting, It was revealed that 3rd Hokage groomed and trained a student to take on his mantle and become Godaime Hokage. The talks are spread all over the village. Didn't you hear any of it?" Kakashi responded.
I just smiled at Kakashi.
"yes...wait WHAT?!" Sasuke and Sakura said simultaneously as they realized.
"Yeah! I wonder who was that person...Man I cannot wait for the announcement." Naruto said.
Naruto was still too dumb to realize.
"Haah...Looks like I need to clarify...I am that person. I am his 4th student as well as protégé. I am going to become Godaime Hokage 3 days later, Officially." I said.
"But don't worry. I will still train you all in shape regardless. Being Hokage just gives me privileges to bully you all more effectively."
"THAT IS SICK DATTEBAYO! YOU WILL FINALLY BECOME HOKAGE! THAT IS SO COOL!! LISTEN, LISTEN! WHY DON'T YOU TRAIN ME TO BECOME HOKAGE?! I WILL BE A GOOD CHOICE!" Naruto said.
So shameless. I wonder who he got it from?
"Congratulations, brother." Sasuke said to me.
"Congratulation, sensei." Sakura congratulated me.
"Anyway, let's focus on training now." I said.
"Naruto I will demonstrate them. I am using it after a long time so I may be a little rusty." I said.
I focus my chakra in my hand and spun it while retaining the shape.
This is Rasengan.
Hiruzen like jutsu very much. His drive to get a new jutsu is only lower compared to Orochimaru.
He mastered each and every technique he could get his hands on.
Totally deserving of the 'professor' title.
I activated my sharingan midway to get better control at shape transformation. This was the first time I was doing rasengan. I couldn't control it that masterfully but it was quite something.
Kakashi's eyes were wide and all three of them were watching very curiously.
"Sarutobi-sensei mastered every jutsu in existence. It is natural he will know of this jutsu." I said to Kakashi.
"Anyways, this is Rasengan. The justu that 4th Hokage made. It is purely shape transformation and hence it is quite easy to do as we directly manipulate chakra here." I said.
"Naruto, you cannot learn this easily. It is very hard to do. Sasuke you can learn it but it will only help you with shape transformation. You don't have much chakra as compared to Naruto. Sakura, your reserves are even less than Sasuke so it will only help with some shape transformation so it's useless for you." I said.
"I need to prepare some materials in order to teach it to you so I will teach this to you later. Naruto and Sakura will with start your taijutsu training now. Kakashi, please focus on Sasuke for chidori." I said.
We trained in taijutsu whole day while Sasuke trained with Kakashi for Chidori.
I also went on a date with Hinata later that day.

Next day, I woke up.
I was now managing the conditions of my business. A lot of shops were damaged. I could easily get them fixed as I had many carpenters and fixers as part of Uchiha hub. It was quite cheap and I didn't lose a lot of money.
After doing this, I sent a shadow clone to training ground with the materials to train in rasengan. He will train them. I also told the clone to reveal itself as a shadow clone and inform I was busy today.
I wore my disguise and used Kamui to go towards the Valley of end, near land under Hashirama's foot.
This was where Mito Uzumaki was buried.
I knew it because before her death from transferring the tailed beast, she asked Hiruzen to bury her near her husband's statue in valley of end and make sure it is kept a secret which is known only to him and no one else.
Hiruzen naturally followed her last request and secretly buried her himself, by his own two hands. He never told this to anyone.
I also knew location of Hashirama and Tobirama's graves from Hiruzen's memories but It wasn't worth my time.
Why do it now when I can just do it after 4th shinobi war?
I decided to absorb their soul information after 4th shinobi war is done.
I dug up the region where she was buried and took a small piece of bone from the her skeleton.
I used Kamui again and went to outskirts of Land of Fire, near a village. I quickly killed a lady in her 40s that I randomly found and brought the corpse to Kamui dimension.
From Hiruzen's memories, the Edo tensei was supposed to be used for protecting the village and summoning the dead senju brothers to protect it.
Hiruzen was forced to learn Edo tensei because of this by Tobirama.
He could easily do it but swore not to because he detested troubling the dead. He saw it as an immoral act.
I used the Edo tensei from his memories and revived Mito Uzumaki as a reanimation.
After a few seconds, a grave came out of the ground.
A woman in her late 50s or 60s came out.
She had long, dull-red hair and large, pupilless eyes. She wore an elaborate, high-collared kimono with the Uzushiogakure symbol on the back of the obi which was tied around her waist. Her hair was arranged in buns with hair pins in them.
She also had a rhombus marking on her forehead. She also wore tags with kanji written on them in her hair decals.
This was Mito Uzumaki. The first Jinchuriki of Kyuubi.
"So I was revived huh? What is the reason of my revival? I thought that Tobirama made this justu to protect the village. I don't see them anywhere." She said.
I didn't say anything but activate my Rinnegan and used Human path on her.
She immediately realized something was wrong but couldn't move as her soul was half out of her body.
I took out her soul and took away all her memories.
Now I am techically a Fuinjutsu grandmaster.
This was extremely beneficial to my future plans. Fuinjutsu is off my list for now. I will modify it according to my wishes later on.
I exited the Kamui dimension and went to sleep.
