The sound of the phone ringing rang across the meeting room made everyone's attention distracted. The sound was very conspicuous inside the very silent room.

Everyone's necks stretched like ostrich's, and ears perked up, searching for the phone's owner.

Yu Min Woon hastily grabbed his phone. On his screen appeared his mother's name. He couldn't help but frown.

Why did his mother call him?

"Hello?"

His mother instantly burst into tears and wailed. Her voice is laden with unconcealed panic.

Hearing his mother's crying voice, he suddenly had an ominous premonition inside his heart.

"Min Woon-ah! Just now, your grandfather got arrested by the Independent Commission Against Corruption's people for corruption and bribery!"

"What?!" Yu Min Woon was stunned when he heard the unexpected news. He stood up so abruptly that his chair flung backward, as it hit the wall behind him, and toppled down. "Mom, what did you say just now?"
