After the dragon's body shrinked, the naked body of king Xerock Mebus was left behind, lying upside down so that only his back was visible to everyone. Gasps died in the throats of the masses all around as they recognized even the silhouette of their beloved King who had sacrificed everything to protect them. Florana took a few moments of initial shock but then she instantly bent forward and covered him with the shawl that she wrapped around herself before coming out.

"Look away, show some respect. It's your King." Florana's voice boomed in the utter silence and everyone snapped out of whatever trance they were in including Hellion and Oriya.
