บท 1252: An instant father

He booked the next flight on his phone. He knew he had to go back because he had obligations to keep. Then he offered Serena a lift back to the orphanage. 

The last few days he spent with her were great, spectacular, magical, and so on. He could say more adjectives, but words were never enough to describe what his heart felt.

"So, what would happen now?" He dreaded the question the entire time they were together. However, he knew he had no choice but to ask.

Of course, he did not want to leave her. But he also wanted to hear her say she wished to be with him. However, he could only wait for her decision.

He could never force her to jump into the next flight with him or expect her to drop everything else because of him. That was just not realistic.
