  "The Number corps is very loose with regard to the Rules of Operation and the Modus Operandi. Each Number is expected to choose the method that works for him or her. You may choose to work Solo, form a Team or build an Organisation. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you get results." Lieutenant General Balogun explained.

Korede nodded. 

He continued. "The Rules of Operation are simple. They are none. You are free to do anything and break any laws as long as it's in the best interest of the country."
