She Palmed her mouth with her hands when she registered what she did just now. She couldn't believe that she just slapped him. But she sighed as she knew he raised his finger at her character and self respect so it's not bad to take a stand for yourself. 

But still she could have stopped him in another way or that's what she thought. She tried to keep her hand on his cheek when he immediately backed away. 

"Dean I'm-"

"Did you just slap me?" He asked, still in daze. 

"Yes I did but I didn't thought-"

"You think so? You think what huh? You kept on rejecting me by taking someone else's name and I know you love me but still you did that and from the time you came from the so-called date you are being like this. So what should I think? What happened on the date?" He asked curiously, making Rachel tense at just the mention of it but she covered it immediately.
