บท 319: "Disappointed"

Xiu Mei glared at Lai Jiayi in red eyes looking aggrieved. She suddenly pointed her finger at Lai Jiayi and shouted, 

"You! What is this? The floor is too slippery!" The girl unexpectedly blamed Lai Jiayi, startling Lai Jiayi to death. 

"Are you seriously a cleaning service?! Wait– or you did this purposely??" 

The little girl didn't waste her time. She immediately slandered Lai Jiayi, again. "You want to harm Mei Mei, hah? You evil being!" 

Lai Jiayi gasped. Her breath stilled. "What? What…" The girl stuttered. 

'What's this? Does Xiu Mei want to slander me?! I didn't do anything to make her fall! She faked it!' 

The girl hasn't said anything to defend herself else when Zhao Yang looked at Lai Jiayi. He squinted his eyes. 

"What's going on?" the man calmly asked Lai Jiayi while silently check the floor using his boots. 

'...a bit slippery indeed.' 

"Did you really make the floor slippery?" Zhao Yang frowned.
