บท 54: Hang in there

HOURS EARLIER.....

NICK'S POV.

I don't know why I did what I did, but I was already fed up.

I had tried to warn her in many occasions but she seemed to never listen.

Why? I do not know.

That guy wasn't to be trusted.

He isn't the type of person you should hang out with.

I warned her. I tried to tell her. 

But she didn't listen. She wouldn't listen.

I had skipped a couple of days from school to clear my mind a bit. But it didn't work. 

I thought staying away would help, but it was all bullshit.

"Hey bro!" Peter jumps on me as I walk into the school. "I've missed you sooo much!!" 

"Firstly, I'm not your bro." I say. "And second, you saw me everyday." 

The guy literally came to my apartment each time, after school. Disturbing me about nothing and everything.

"I know, but it didn't feel the same." I get to my locker and dump my books in it.
