บท 288: Time to Show Your Worth
The power of darkness from the entire place was being compressed into a single location. The darkness in the dark dome was so pitch black that even the light was being absorbed, making the place near it darker.
Malevolent magic was being performed inside the dark dome as the Shaman Commander Neteri has used her powers to communicate to many lost souls.
Kyros had arrived outside of the Dome and saw it.
"What is this?" Kyros frowned.
"Law of Nonequivalent Life Creation."
"Calaminus? You can link with me?"
"I'm currently linked with the Temple and have been using Time. Through it, I am communicating with you. It took me a while to figure out, though. Your Temple is really made up of your soul! Your father figured out what Mysterion is. It's-"
"Concealing of many Codes and Corruption. Please. Do you really think I didn't know?"
"What...!? You didn't say anything!"

Rapture_Tales The next chapter will incorporate how elements work in this story. It's only now that I need to bring it up since the story has finally reached a point where Kyros has mages in his team. I will be introducing the concepts in more detail on the next chapter. Anyone who read my other work, Nostalgic Gamer in a Cultivation World, knows that I have a specific concept of what and how the Elements work. NGCW introduces it right off the bat as it is important due to story related stuff (involving Ra-Serus of Legaia). I wrote AotN with those rules in mind since it's easier for me rather than to confuse myself with different complicating elemental rules.
If you read NGCW, you will be seeing a lot of familiar concepts in the next chapter but will be utilized in a slightly advanced manner.
