"Hm? Did you say forget?" I replied.

"Forget everything!"

Out of nowhere, I felt Yokota's palm sticking onto my cheeks before everything went blurry. Afterward, I found myself down on the ground with my ears ringing and a stingy pain on my right face. I was in utter shock. "Why did you slap me?! That hurts!"

"Forget it!" Lying on the ground, Yokota took that chance and got on top of me.

Yokota raised her teary-eyed face and was about to beat the shit out of me, but I managed to hold her two arms in place to protect myself. "Forget it!" Our foreheads collided with each other.

I was trying to be gentle, but it went out of hand. What went wrong with my approach? Come on!
