Shi Beiyu instantly knew what Mu Siyin meant. Hence, he caressed her long hair in his arms as he said gently and adoringly, "Be good. Go wash up and get ready for breakfast."

Mu Siyin then escaped his embrace and ran towards the bathroom as fast as she could. "You should go downstairs and eat first. Don't wait for me."

By the time Mu Siyin was done, she made her way downstairs only to see Shi Beiyu watching the financial news in the living room. Mu Siyin was very surprised by this. "Why didn't you eat first?"

Shi Beiyu got up elegantly and smiled as he approached her. "What's the fun in eating alone?"

Upon hearing this, Mu Siyin's heart warmed.

One had to appreciate someone that would wait for them to eat breakfast.
