บท 357: Emotional mess

Lahan felt it. He could hear the sound of his heartbreak. nothing could shield him from the raw pain he felt as he witnessed his past. Not even the warm blanket of love that Samira gave. 

Being a spectator to your painful past was supposed to help heal the wounds. It was the first step to accepting that things happened but at some point, one has to look past them.

Sadly, for him, it was different. The hidden wound was now opened and flowing with fresh blood. He didn't know. He never even once thought that his memory was altered.

The brother he felt he hated was the same one he loved. He had justified his hatred before because, for him, Malik was like his mother Malaika.

How was he supposed to know that Malik, was his elder brother? The unfortunate child was robbed of his mother's love and warmth the second he was born.

How was Lahan supposed to know that the brother he despised grew up under the manipulative aura of a wicked demon?
