บท 46: Left Broken

Shahzad woke up to an empty bed. His mind panicked as did his heart. Not knowing how else to express the pain he felt inside, he, " Nooooooooooo..."

His painful scream resonated in the room and could be heard outside.

The barrier was long gone and saw was his family. He has tried to be brave when he told her that she could go. Looking around the room, all that was left behind was a space.

His scream was heard by Zain first who rushed into the room. Before he could close the room behind him, the two queens followed closely behind. Soon, Ramlah, Rumi, and Khalid walked into the room.

The only people who were brave enough to walk closer to Shahzad were his mother and brother. The hybrids stayed a few steps away, looking at him in concern. Shahzad paid them no heed. He didn't care whether there was an audience to see his miserable front.
