"Noah..." He looked at me with horror struck face. I would've laughed if the situation wasn't so serious.
"Yeah?" I asked him, with an amused look on my face.
"Are you sure about this?" He questioned, scratching the back of his neck with trembling fingers. I had never seen him so scared before.
"Ryan, my family is human like me, they aren't some aliens." I chuckled. He gave me a bored look, reaching for the keys.
"C'mon chill. They'll love you." I assured him. He stood froze in his position, hand reaching for the car keys, still in air. He took a deep breath before grabbing the keys and turned around to face me.
"If they throw me out and reject me, I'm kidnapping you." He spoke, walking out of the front doors, making me speed up to keep up with his pace.
"Well, then there's a strong chance of it, if you ask me." I walked alongside him now and shrugged. He glanced at me with eyes same as size of a baseball. I knew I was just increasing his tension.
