Madeline's POV
We were preparing for our son's fifth birthday in the garden when I suddenly felt so dizzy, and I ran inside the house since I could feel I was about to vomit the food that I had eaten during breakfast; I didn't reach the sink, I ended up throwing up in front of the main door; my family was with me immediately.
"Mom, are you okay?" I heard our child's sweet voice while my husband was beside me in an instant, holding my hair into a ponytail as he let me vomit, but none was left except my saliva.
"Hey, buddy, go to your Aunt Lily while I will take good care of mom, okay?" My husband asked our little boy, and I could see the worries on his face.
"Okay, dad," Frank responded, running towards Lily.
"How are you feeling, my love?" Hunter asked with worries all over his face after he gave me a cup of hot water. I couldn't believe he would carry me inside the house as if I weighed nothing at all.
I couldn't thank you enough, my dear readers, for supporting this book from the start. I want to take this opportunity to say a million thanks for giving me
power stones, golden tickets, generous gifts, comments, and reviews, and for inspiring me to continue to write. I fell in love with Hunter and Madeline's love story, I hope you did the same. Please, find time to read the side story of Charlotte and Jack entitled "The Hot Chef And The Wicked Sister."❤️❤️❤️
