บท 66: What Are You Doing?

Freya stood motionlessly in astonishment and automatically looked up at the man.

Gideon frowned slightly. Something seemed to be on his mind, but Freya was unsure what he was thinking.

The man was tall and handsome and he had an imposing aura. It never dawned on Freya that he would one day apologize.

A lot of thoughts ran through Freya's mind. After some time, she finally replied, "It's okay."

Gideon glanced at her and noticed the anxiety on her face. He said, "Stop trying to do stupid things like avoiding me inside the villa. Just do your job."

"Okay." Freya nodded obediently.

Gideon did not continue talking to her and turned to leave.

Freya watched from behind as the man left and exhaled deeply.

The next day, Freya woke up early in the morning and made breakfast.

Her timing was perfect. After she was done cooking, Gideon washed up and came downstairs.
