Seconds ticked by as Aldric processed Harry's words. His wolf, Callan, was practically snapping and clawing at his mind to break through. Aldric's own pulse was hammering, his lip snarling, yet he had control over Callan and breathed slowly. They did not know who it was yet, and he would kill them, that was for sure.
