บท 55: Breaking Dawn

It had been five days since Shivani and Nandita went missing. The evening they went missing from the airport, their baggage got misplaced too. Godha was terrified of informing Brihannala of this news, fearing she would surely skin her alive. But she had to inform her and called Nagpur to do the same.

"Escaped, is it? Those twenty something girls escaped your vast network of men and power. I am now convinced this is the girl I am looking for. If she has managed to elude my trap, this girl is indeed special. Godha, back off. You won't be able to subjugate her," pronounced Brihannala, closing her eyes again.

Shivani's image floated on the walls of the back of her eyelids. "When I am ready, she will come to me. The universe will conspire to bring her to me. It has to," she asserted to herself and closed her eyes in meditation.
