As she gazed off into the crimson moon, a wistful expression graced Serenity's countenance. "Elves and beasts aside, vampires were the most heartless creatures to have ever plagued this world. They have brought misery and despair upon our race, surpassing even the cunning shapeshifters in their ways. Their insatiable thirst for power and influence has led them to wreak havoc on countless innocent lives."

She sighed, relieving the weight of her chest, before she continued, "Despite that, I still believe one day races will stop killing each other and find the peace that has eluded this land for decades."
