Charlus was greeted by a warm breeze when he opened his eyes. He always shut them when portkeying because he was too afraid to see what was happening around him. He looked around and saw that they were in a deserted area.
"Thought we reached already? Wait, will ya?"
Sirius took Charlus' and Harry's arms and apparated again. This time, Charlus saw that he was in a marketplace. The marketplace was bustling with wizards and witches. He didn't recognize any of the shops, but it was probably because he was in a different country.
"Boys, welcome to Romania."
Romania, the country which hoarded the hoarders. The country with 90% of the dragon reserves of the whole world and 100% of Europe's. Every House had a hand into the dragon reserves in Romania.
Charlus didn't know about the dragon part yet. He was just excited that he was in a new country.
"So I am now going to explain how we are going about this. We will be staying for one week. In these 5 days, we will try all the food during the next two days, and then sightseeing for 2 days after that. On the last day, we will be visiting the main attraction, and then we'll leave. Any questions?"
"What about today?"
"Today? We'll be going to the hotel to rest. I'm tired, and you are not going anywhere without me. That's why I tied you to me."
Sirius pointed to the rope he created before portkeying.

Over the rest of the trip, they properly followed the schedule. On the first day, they went to one of the famous muggle restaurants for brunch. While they weren't there for a buffet, they acted like it was one. They tried every single item but wasted a lot of food. So that they would try all the items, they only ate one bite, two at most, of each variety. The brunch kept them full and occupied for the entire day. Since they had eaten so much, they couldn't move, so they stayed in the hotel.
On the second day, they went to a restaurant for wizards and repeated what they had done the previous day. They could eat a lot more as the food they had was charmed to be less heavy and filling.
On the third day, they visited Bran Castle. The Bran Castle was the former residence of the Vampire Royals until the 1700s. After that, they vacated the castle as more and more rumours of a 'Count Dracula living in Bran Castle' emerged. Since they were magical creatures with sentience, they needed to abide by the Stature of Secrecy 1692. Hence, they had to hide their existence from muggles.
Then they visited Old Town Sighisoara, where the vampires moved to after they vacated the castle. They didn't find any vampires on the streets because they were living in the deeper, non-accessible parts of the town and wouldn't come out during the day.
On the fourth day, they visited the famous monasteries like the Sucevita Monastery and churches. They visited the Biertan Fortified Church and the Wooden Churches of Maramures.'
On the last day, Sirius blindfolded the kids' eyes so they couldn't see where they were going. He also plugged their ears with some charmed cotton. He made them take each step slowly so that they would become impatient. He did that because he was confident that he would be able to match the rising expectations of the kids. Finally, he took out the blindfold and the earplugs of both the potters at once.
"Wooooow!!!!"
They were on a balcony with a glass protective screen. The balcony had a few seats for sitting down, and by looking at the quality of those seats, it was clear that they were for important people. Not that Charlus and Harry would want to sit. They were too excited to sit down. Why?
A massive figure flew past the balcony. The figure was large - almost 25 meters long. The figure had a lizard-like appearance with black scales and yellow eyes. The figure had its huge wings stretched out as it was flying. It roared once and silenced everything. The 'figure'..... was a fucking dragon.
Harry and Charlus clung to the glass the moment they saw the dragon. They wanted to be as close to it as possible. When they saw the scenery the dragon was no longer covering, they were shocked. There were 4 dragons there - all looking similar to the one they just saw.
"It's called a Hungarian Horntail. They are known for being violent with the use of their bronze horns and flames that can reach up to 50 feet. They eat cattle, goats, sheep and humans. They prefer young children in the age range of 5 - 13, so you should be careful."
Sirius walked to them from behind and introduced the breed. Once he finished speaking, Charlus and Harry immediately leapt away from the glass.
"Haha. Boo! Did I scare you?"
The Potters grumbled under their breath for falling for their uncle's lie. They walked close to the window, but Sirius stopped them.
"I wasn't joking about that."
The dragon that was flying in the air flew towards the balcony to see who the humans who were watching it were. Dragons had curiosity too. They, however, didn't exactly have a face that expressed a ton of emotions.
Charlus and Harry leapt back in fright when they saw the dragon coming towards them.
"Haha. Fool you once, shame on me. Fool you twice, shame on you!"
Sirius laughed and fell onto the ground. He didn't want to fall on his face, so he turned when he fell. He saw the dragon looking straight at him.
"AAAAHHHH!!!!!"
