บท 221: C: Perpetuation

Brendan worked harder than ever after he and Rafaela cleared the air between them. They started spending more time together, as a family. And even though he still spent a lot of time flying back and forth across their solar system, he didn't always take Avery with him now.

Avery grew quickly, too quickly it felt, as they celebrated his first Rep together amidst their corporate maneuvers. Twelve times they celebrated that first Rep with the major corporations. And then they celebrated once more, together at home with their own people.

Eks Corp was also growing, and their holdings were always expanding, despite the fact that they held very little actual money. Jade Corp, in its memory bank form, also continued to expand, though more slowly. More families gradually began to add to the public memory library.

Brendan came home once more, and caught Avery up in a glorious hug for a moment. 

Avery frowned down at his father with a far too serious expression.
