บท 224: Tang An's most trusted

According to what the girl had said, this boy certainly remembered Fu Jie and knew exactly who he was. So had everything been just an act till now...? 

Fu Jie had genuinely been worried about Tang An and he had treated the boy like a brother, but now that he knew that this was really his step-brother, he no longer knew how to act around him. 

"Tang An, do you remember the time we saved you when you were drowning?" Instead of giving an answer to the boy's worried question, Fu Jie tried his best to remain calm as he changed the topic and asked a question that seemed to have come out of the blue. 

Tang An frowned as he heard this and his eyebrows furrowed together in confusion as he took a minute to react, nodding his head in confirmation.
