บท 223: A truth that might never be revealed

The young master went out looking for Mo Shaoqing and he promised his father that even if he died, he would still come back stronger. 

The west monarch didn't take his words seriously at first but he was still proud to see such a strong resolve coming from his son who was considered to be useless. 

The young master did not return, but the news of his death was surely passed along to the west monarch. 

However, although it was shocking and saddening at first, the west monarch remembered his son's words and he immediately decided to put some trust in his child. 

The west monarch's son had died an unnatural death but it was never questioned nor discussed.  Not even the west monarch himself made a fuss about it.

While the young master went out in search of Mo Shaoqing, he posed as a youngster and he became the adoptive son of the old Mayor of Yuexing city.
