บท 131: The only suspect

Chuanfu chuckled as he saw this exchange and exclaimed, "Rich brother Xia, the fish around here have been absorbing all the spiritual and resentment energy that was leaked from the mountain. What do  you expect it to taste like?" 

"..." 

"It might taste a bit bland but I can assure you that it's good for your health." 

"Hmm?" Fu Jie was a bit confused as he heard the latter half of the sentence. 

"Because it has been absorbing all that spiritual energy from the river, it's actually quite good for your body," Chuanfu beamed as he informed.

"..." 

'Couldn't you have told me sooner?!' Fu Jie fumed in his head as he turned to look at Xiao Jingyi who was happily eating the fish. 

"Shizun," Fu Jie awkwardly called the man again, "You make it look as if the fish is tasty... Are you okay? You don't have to force yourself to eat it." 

Xiao Jingyi nodded his head as he gulped down the bite and responded, "It's not that bad."
