Although they talked about getting married after she had given birth, they could still do that, but for now, he wanted to say I do before their babies come to the world.

He wanted his babies to have his name and for them to be a family before they saw the light around them. And most importantly, he could not wait to spend the rest of his life with her as husband and wife.

"Please, say yes. Say that you will marry me now." He knelt on one knee and looked up to her as he waited for her answer.

He was not nervous because he already knew what she was about to say. But he still needed to confirm it by hearing her utter the words.

The rest of their family also waited as she stared at him. Then, her gaze shifted from his face to the people that surrounded them. For the first time, she finally saw everyone's faces.
