บท 206: The deal

"What is this I am hearing? Someone from your team was talking about what was about to go down tonight." He shouted exasperatedly on the line. 

He immediately went to his private room, in the basement, where nobody usually bothered him after his rendezvous with Johanna in his room. As much as he wanted to stay cuddled in her arms, he had a meeting that he had to attend tonight.

After the Senior instructed him to look into the rumor, he knew the Senior was talking about his plans. Luckily, the Senior still did not figure out that it was him behind all of this.

"I'm sure that it did not come from my side." Mr. Anderson denied that the leak came from his people. "What if one of your people is also double-crossing you?"
