The next day, Clark and Arthur woke up with the intention to remain patient while waiting for their informant to contact them. They didn’t even go into the pirate city, it was too disgusting for them to stay in it.
The more Clark felt this way, the more he feared what his girlfriend may have become now. If just a day staying in it could make him this irritated, he just couldn’t imagine what staying here for 4 years could have done.
