บท 6: CHAPTER 6
I could hear some muffled voices coming from all around me and I was getting nervous, "We need light!" I yelled. Using his power Autumn lit up the candles around the room with some fire magic and gazed around the room. We were surrounded. A couple of the masked men had hostages and the others just had weapons.
From one of the guys I can see a blue tailcoat under his black outfit, so I'm guessing these guys are from winter. That'll be difficult then.
"I think you've crashed the wrong party guys!" Ray exclaimed. I doubt this was not planned if they had to mess with the light generator. "We are here to execute revenge. You will be harmed, Ray!" The front man said.
So they're going after Ray, but why. I don't understand this at all. "You're not going to touch Ray!" I said. "We'll see about that." The man snarled.
The people surrounding us started to attack us and pushed us apart from most people. I was still with my sister, but I couldn't see any of my friends around. I hope they're alright.
"What do you say April? Down to show these guys what we're made of?" Spring asked with a smirk. "Sure, looks like it'd be interesting," I answered. I'm always up for a bit more training, I thought. "Petal let's bloom!" I yelled transforming into my fairy state.
My necklace shined with power seeping out of it. Power swirled around me and my clothes changed into a shorter flower dress. My wings pop up behind me and my hair changes to a short side ponytail, with two braids coming from the front into the pony. I gained white boots on my feet and a small pink crown on my head.
By the time I transformed my sister was done too. "Promise you won't get injured?" Spring asked, sticking her pinky out behind her. "Of course," I said as I intertwined mine with hers. I cartwheeled away and punched the guy in front of me. I dodged some punch attacks and circled kicks. "Sunray!" I yelled as I hit people onto the wall and kept them from moving.
Each royal family who was here, which would be all of them, was fighting as well so we dealt with almost all the bad guys at this point. It really did look so cool to see everyone transformed and fighting.
Most of the masked people were on the ground so I was able to see across the room and saw all my friends all ok and in their fairy transformation. "Looks like your wish came true April," Winter shouted from across the room. I looked at her with a smile.
"We have a question, why do you want Ray to be harmed?" My dad asked the guy in black. The guy in black answered "That is not of your concern, but looks like we can't do this today. I'll be back when not every kingdom's ruler is in the same room."
With that, he tossed a gas bomb, and the room filled with purple gas. I cast a bubble spell around me to cover from the gas but I couldn't see anyone anymore.
A couple of seconds later the gas was moving out of the room through a window. Luckily people were able to find their way to the window to clear the room out.
Once the gas faded away everyone gathered to talk about the weird occurrence. "Why are people from my kingdom trying to harm Ray?" Winters mom asked. "So we weren't the only people who noticed the blue," Autumn stated. "I don't know, I haven't done anything in particular that would piss people off," Ray said.
"I guess we don't need to worry about it, for now, I think we should get people back home." Autumn's mom said. "Lily's right, let's get them out of here and deal with it another time. Our children need to relax and get ready for tomorrow." Summer's mom said.
What's happening tomorrow? I wasn't informed of any event tomorrow. "May I ask what is happening tomorrow that we need to get ready for?" I questioned.
"You'll know tomorrow," Dad said. I was concerned about that, especially because it was involved with all of my friends.
"Come on Summer, let's go home." Summers mom says as she and the rest of her family leaves the room. Everyone else follows them, which leaves me and my family in the ballroom.
"I'm going to go to my room. I'm feeling tired." I said. "Fill me in on your conversations tomorrow." I walked out of the room with my back bent over, completely forgetting my etiquette classes.
I opened my room door and laid face up on my couch. 'I should probably change' I thought. I changed into some pink-flowered shorts and a white tank top and made my way to my bed. I tucked myself in and texted my friends. "Goodnight, I guess I'll see you guys in the morning." after I went to bed.
I woke up in my bed and took a long stretch. I got ready to leave my room and headed downstairs for breakfast. I took my seat at the table but weirdly no one was there yet. I passed some time by reading another book about school etiquette but by the time I finished reading still no one in my family had arrived at the table. 'How early am I?' I thought.
"Good Morning Princess April, everyone is waiting for you outside," Graham announced. I turned around in shock, who's he talking about? "Wait, who's everyone?" I asked. "The parents of each royal family including yours, as well as your sister, Ray, and your friends," Graham answered. "Ok," I said awkwardly.
I was not expecting everyone to be the royal family. I followed Graham and met everyone in the front garden of the Spring Castle. I see all the parents on one side and my friends on the other so I sat next to Autumn and Summer.
"Ok now that everyone is here, we have an important job for all four of you." Winter's dad said. "What is it?" Summer asked.
"We need you to go undercover in the school Season Division Academy."
"School!?"
