After Dexter left, Silvia who was stunned slowly felt limp. Her feet could no longer stand up so she fell to the floor. She looked so pathetic. Her breathing was heavy and tears didn't stop rolling down her pretty cheeks. Half of her soul seemed to have drifted away, betraying her.
She was alone now in a quiet room. A while ago, Dexter was still smiling at her. Now, she was left in misery. Ironically, it was a fact she wanted to deny. Her heart was so disappointed, her hope was lost. Now, Silvia had no more reason to stand up straight.
She had done all crying, lamenting, complaining, moaning, but did not make the pain heal. The feeling of disappointment was too deep. Maybe she shouldn't expect much so that it won't lead to deep disappointment. Maybe she should not fight for her love, but she loved him so much.
