Aria listlessly watched as the news program ended, and turned off the television. By her side, Alena blinked multiple times, then looked at her with curious eyes as to what she was going to do next.

"I'm going to train slightly. Just to warm up my body. I don't think I will be able to do extreme activities today.. I want to treasure my body's condition. At the very best, I will clear a floor or two in the dungeon to pump up my progress. I don't want to be losing out to the other <Players>, you see? You should also start doing the dungeon. I think you now have enough power to fight for yourself. With your summons."

The Tower was scaled along with your own level, so in theory, Alena should be able to advance  quite far with her powers.
