บท 48: Worth A Million Dollar Girl

Passer-by was watching her as she was found retreating to stand on the sidewalk, looking goofy for a person who was lavishly dressed but had no companion along with her. She wanted to scream and cry out loud for the humiliation she was feeling at the moment. 

Fifteen minutes later, she was still standing there as passer-by went by their way but she didn't budge only when she heard a car honk in her way. Her head flipped towards the source and her only thought was David had come back but to her disappointment, it was Eros, her brother from another mother. 

Eros was David's cousin, He was two years younger than Katherine. He had always been like a little brother to Katherine whom she can help and also lean on for some support. Everyone in their family knows about their relationship since they were kids, they had been like this.
