บท 75: Chapter 75: Sage and Oleander

Once the large group left the cave that connected the city to the sea, they headed south along the cliff that overlooked the Eastern Sea. In two days, they reached the great mouth of the Vizima, the largest river on the Continent that cut the south from the rest of the Empire.

That night, the group walked up the river through woods and fields, taking care not to be detected by prying eyes. During the day, they sought shelter in dark woods and stone ravines to rest while with great attention and stealth they hunted to feed the many mouths that made up the group.

The hunt for prey, however, did not provide food for the Elves, who instead plundered fruit trees and farmed fields along the way.

"What a wonderful scent this fruit gives off!" Fys'Thil commented as she picked cherries from the tree.

"Do you think this is better than the one from your land?" Jorael asked as he lent a hand to pick fruit.
