𝐄𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐘'𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐃  no bounds when she saw the siren Queen, Airla. Sirens cannot survive without water much long, that's why they draw their victims to the sea with them. Nothing made sense - if Airla could travel to the terrain, then there was a quicker way she could return. 

They were surrounded - Esmeray and Lucian were trapped in a swarm of rogue Lycans. 

Lucian mercilessly killed anyone who came in his mate's way. Esmeray blasted off magic to protect him when there were too many around him. Valkyrie kept her busy - the maleficis's blows were getting stronger and quicker with every fleeting moment.
